Quality Policy
SIRP SRL is fully aware of the market challenges and opportunities, and the right decisions must be made in order to meet them. Decision-making processes take into account risks, opportunities to be seized and scenarios defined by the company’s context and set objectives based on evidence.
SIRP SRL therefore believes it is extremely important to have an in-house organisation that harmonises and controls its processes and the collection of information deriving from them through the application of the Quality Management System pursuant to UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015.
In its development process, the organisation establishes the principles on which it wants to base its own way of being a company:
Organisation Principles

  1. Company dynamism and supply of full customer service, starting from the development of the die up to the creation of the final item.
  2. Use of cutting-edge systems and technologies to guarantee high quality standards and reliability.
  3. Proposal of services to clients worldwide.
  4. Compliance with compulsory legislation and satisfaction of interested parties.
  5. Monitoring of processes by using adequate and specific indicators.
  6. Implementation of training processes aimed at maintaining and improving the skills of company staff.
  7. Involvement and responsibility of staff to increase awareness of their role and the involvement of each activity in customer satisfaction.
  8. Creation of a work environment that enables its workers to contribute towards achieving the Company’s goals with satisfaction.
  9. Performing its activities in the protection of the environment, health and safety of people.

These strategic guidelines represent the organisation's commitment, which are translated into quantitative and monitoring operational objectives as part of an annual quality improvement plan, and are the general framework for the formulation and re-evaluation of these objectives.
Management undertakes to support the established quality policy by guaranteeing the maximum support, resources and delegation of authority to the Quality Management Manager in order to perform his/her role.
